Chef Annie Féolde, originally from Nice, has become known as the First Lady of Italian Cooking and was awarded three Michelin stars for her restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, the first woman outside of France to achieve this honor. Her dark chocolate praline, created exclusively for Neuhaus, contains a creamy white chocolate ganache enriched with Italian olive oil and lemon zest.
