Description

Harald Wohlfahrt is widely considered the best chef in Germany and one of Europe's leading chefs. His restaurant, Die Schwarzwaldstube, has maintained its three Michelin stars since 1992, a German record. In 2004 he was honored for his achievements with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. His milk chocolate praline, created exclusively for Neuhaus, contains a ganache of pumpkin and Eastern ginger on a layer of marzipan (made of 50% Portuguese almonds from Faro) and orange zest.
