Description

Belgian Chef-pâtissier Joost Arijs honed his craft at the three-Michelin-star Hof van Cleve. He has since opened two successful shops specializing in pastries and chocolates – in Ghent and Antwerp – together with his partner Elke De Baerdemaeker. His milk chocolate praline, created exclusively for Neuhaus, contains a velvety-soft, Aruba origin milk chocolate ganache (44% cocoa), Belgian speculoos cookies and a coulis made with Spanish mandarins.
