YOUR FUNCTION

Together with your Boutique manager, you contribute to achieving the commercial objectives in the boutique.

You are responsible for the following tasks::

  • You are part of our passionate sales team and are responsible for selling high quality chocolate products.
  • You guarantee a very luxurious service to our clients in order to build brand customer loyalty.
  • You will provide tailored advice to our clients through your excellent product knowledge.
  • You replenish stock and make sure the boutique is well presented and clean.

As part of the further growth of our organization, within the Travel Retail department, we are looking forward to a (m/f) Travel Retail Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible of the largest TR customer of the company driving top line sales and managing closely the budgets & investments.
  • You continue to develop the long-term partnerships with the existing Travel Retail accounts. You understand the dynamic of the global account with its local representatives.
  • You build the company brand and develop in close cooperation with the customer the business plan to grow profits, sales and market share. You fight for shelf space in the Travel Retail environment.
  • You develop market insights, define and implement the strategy.
  • You are responsible of the negotiations with the Travel Retailer’s HQ and are responsible of the implementation of the negotiated plan at store level (merchandising analysis, activation of marketing actions, relationship management with stores staff, trainings supervision, etc...).
  • You manage all stakeholders related to a specific airport; the travel retail operator, the airport and the airline, to grow the brand awareness.
  • You evaluate the impact of the account plan through in depth evaluation of the sales & marketing plan (price promotions, Out of Shelve actions, Catman optimization,…) and take pragmatic decisions to optimize actions.
  • You are part of a team, reporting to the Travel Retail Director. You manage a Sales & Merchandising coordinator and a Chocolatier in order to increase Sales and Brand Awareness.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hold a Master degree and have minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a sales position
  • Be result oriented and create a real customer value
  • Show passion and pleasure for sales and for customers
  • Have strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrate process driven sales approach

As part of the further growth of our organization, within the Demand & Planning department, we are looking forward to a (m/f) Supply Chain Planner Co-packing

YOUR ROLE

  • You will be accountable for the complete supply chain for all, national and international, outsourced co-packing activities for the Neuhaus Brand for which you will monitor all service and inventory levels.
  • You manage an efficient, realistic and feasible co-pack planning on short and medium term (4-6 weeks) and continuously keep abreast on any changes that may influence your planning.
  • You assure a solid and constructive interaction with your co-packers ensuring priorities and planning are clear and executed as scheduled.
  • You ensure a solid in- and external follow up in order to assure on time delivery at the different co-packer sites.
  • You are responsible for the inventory management activities and will anticipate on obsolescence risk.
  • You manage and communicate long term plans to the co-packers and proactively inform them. You support them with trainings and possible capacity issues regarding new product launches.
  • You stay in close contact with all internal departments and create a solid buy-in with key stakeholders in order to enhance business understanding and manage expectations.
  • You support Marketing, Purchasing and Sales regarding seasonal collections, new product developments and introductions.
  • You assure that the KPI's are achieved and guarantee a flawless follow-up of the supply chain procedures.
  • You keep abreast on market tendancies and try to implement new initiatives in order to improve the supply chain, enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • You report directly to the Planning Manager and work in a close team of 4.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You obtained a Master or Bachelor degree combined with a proven track record within supply chain planning of minimum 5 years within an international production environment.
  • Ideally you gained your supply chain experience within the Food, Retail or Chemicals Industry. Experience with labelling and (co-)packaging are a strong plus.
  • You have a solid knowledge of SAP, mainly with the SD and MM modules.
  • You are detail-oriented, love and respect deadlines and are stress-resistant.
  • You are a strong communicator at all levels, able to communicate in a clear and timely manner.
  • You are passionate about the analysis of complex situations and problem solving.
  • You work autonomously but are a real team player.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.

Role

The main objective of the internship position is to support the different specialties within the Neuhaus Marketing team. Are you looking for a unique opportunity to gain relevant working experience in a professional Marketing environment to launch yourself in a Digital marketing management position after graduation? Then this internship is right for you!

As a Digital marketing intern, you will support the Digital marketing manager and E-commerce Manager. The work will be partly strategic, partly operational, but you will get a high degree of independence and will also carry out your own projects.

The internship is basically five days a week, for a period of minimum 5 months. It is possible to associate a graduation assignment with the internship, but it will preferably be developed outside working hours.

Main duties

  • Support Digital Marketing manager in the Google and Facebook advertisments
  • Reporting: KPIs and result analysis. Pre- and post-evaluation of digital actions and recommendations
  • Support e-content: developing e-commerce on retail sites. Promote our brands with the aim of increasing our sales. Introduce all the information concerning the brands (visuals and product description as well as promotions).
  • Social media communication support
  • Support for Brand Manager
  • General support to the Corporate Communications team
  • Continuously research for opportunities to improve online presence and E-shop
  • Creating targeted market and competitor analysis & deriving marketing measures
  • Participate in marketing meetings with external agencies as part of the marketing plan

Qualifications

  • You are an enthusiastic person with a passion for marketing
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics, influencer marketing and ready to dig deeper into this field
  • Knowledge of the media landscape Belgium / UK / Germany / US is a plus
  • You have strong communication skills. You like to write and you can express yourself easily and creatively
  • You are a pro-active thinker and you are able to organise operational marketing tasks
  • You have a hands-on mentality

The internship is basically five days a week and for a period of minimum 5 months. It is possible to associate a graduation assignment with the internship, but it will preferably be developed outside working hours.

Main duties

  • Support the brand manager in the design of the marketing mix for one of our brands
  • Support the brand manager in the conception and execution of new products, window concepts and collections and a translation into web marketing and social media measures
  • Create targeted market and competitor analysis & from there, deriving marketing measures
