THE STORY BEHIND TRUFFLE TIRAMISU
Truffles are named after the similarly luxurious mushroom from Perigord, France, due to their typical irregular shape. At Neuhaus we have elevated this classic concept with care and craftsmanship to create a collection of indulgent, melt-in-the-mouth delights.
This truffle is a delicious combination of smooth buttercream and Amaretto. As a finishing touch, this Belgian dark chocolate-coated truffle is rolled in crunchy Amaretti cookie crumbs.
