THE STORY BEHIND MANON CHOCO CAFÉ
Smooth, airy praline fillings of the purest tradition. The rich fluffiness of the cream is captured in a thin crisp chocolate layer. Manon pralines are named after opera singer Suzanne Neuhaus, Jean’s daughter, who achieved fame for her role as Manon Lescaut in Jules Massenet’s celebrated opera.
With all the richness of Arabica coffee cream this creamy white chocolate Manon, decorated with the signature 'N', is one of the classics among the assortment of Neuhaus pralines.

Every ingredient that goes into a Neuhaus product is carefully selected and always of 100% natural origin. All Neuhaus chocolates are non-GMO and palm oil free.
All our cacao is sustainably sourced cacao. We’ve invested in our own cacao farm in Ecuador to work directly with cacao farmers and ensure traceability and quality.
