Fresh floral honey from Sombreffe (Belgium) and crunchy praliné with Belgian waffles covered with milk chocolate.
THE STORY BEHIND PHILIPPE
Roasted caramelized hazelnut, a hint of hops from Belgium's Poperinge hop region and a finish of fresh floral honey from Sombreffe. Neuhaus is a Belgian Royal Warrant Holder, recognition that its chocolates are fit for kings and queens. For this reason, Neuhaus has created a praline in honour of King Philippe.
The milk chocolate-coated 'Philippe' contains a crunchy Belgian-waffle praliné, topped with a layer of the finest floral honey. The honey is made by bees that raid the wild flowers of Sombreffe, giving it a unique flavor and color.
