Neuhaus Chocolats Jean

THE STORY BEHIND JEAN

This praline is named after Jean Neuhaus Jr., the grandson of founder Jean Neuhaus and the inventor of the Belgian praline. A milestone in Belgian history. All named after members of the Neuhaus family, these pralines celebrate the Neuhaus legacy. Each one represents a story and a personality: Jean is intense and strong with dark Peruvian origin chocolate, Louise is elegant and refined with a sweet, smooth ganache of Javan origin, and Suzanne is musical with a melodic, refreshing raspberry center.

WHAT'S INSIDE?

This praline is a devotional homage to our founder Jean Neuhaus Jr., who invented the first Belgian praline. With these notes of robust, zesty, Malagasy dark chocolate, our Maîtres Chocolatiers have managed to capture the true Neuhaus essence.
