NUANCE POMELO
White and dark chocolate combined with an almond praliné filling, enhanced with notes of pomelo and lemon, and delicate pieces of caramelised almond for a refreshing and slightly zesty experience.
NUANCE PECAN & RASPBERRY
A layered combination of white and dark chocolate with a pecan praliné, enriched with caramelised pecan pieces and delicate raspberry notes, creating a harmonious balance of nutty richness and fresh fruitiness.
NUANCE COFFEE
Layers of white and dark chocolate envelop a hazelnut gianduja filling infused with ristretto coffee, creating a rich, well-balanced flavour with a smooth texture and an intense coffee finish.
NUANCE CARAMEL
Caramel flavoured milk chocolate and dark chocolate envelop a layer of roasted hazelnuts, white chocolate and salted caramel pieces, offering a rich balance of sweetness and crunch.
NUANCE PISTACHIO
Two layers of Neuhaus milk chocolate with a heart of pistachio praliné and delicate pieces of kadaïf, where smoothness meets a delicate crunch.

Inspired by the Les Nuances collection, Belgian fashion designer Christian Wijnants has designed an exclusive silk scarf exclusively for Neuhaus. Reflecting the collection’s rich colours and layered compositions, the design reimagines the collection as a timeless keepsake.
