Each praline is graced with its own shape, flavour and name. All Neuhaus chocolates are made in Belgium in our ateliers in Brussels.
100% of our ingredients are of natural origin, without any exception. Our sourcing specialists carefully select every single ingredient that goes into all Neuhaus products to ensure it is of the finest quality and 100% all-natural origin. Our products are all non-GMO and palm-oil free.
More than 25% of every Neuhaus chocolate is produced using cocoa from our own cacao farm.
By using beans harvested from our own cacao farm we have the unique opportunity to work directly with famers to ensure a sustainable livelihood by providing safe and reasonable working conditions, increased yield and better wages, and that the land is cared for and protected for future generations. Neuhaus’ cacao farm is located in the xxx growing region of xxx, Ecuador.

We pay particular attention to the well-being of our cocoa farmers by crafting our chocolates using only UTZ/Rain Forrest Alliance Certified cocoa. UTZ Certified is the largest program for sustainable farming of cocoa in the world. It aims to create a world where farmers implement good agricultural practices and manage their farms profitably with respect for people and planet. It helps to ensure the farmers and their families a decent and steady income, and therefore a better life.
The invention of the praline was only the start for Neuhaus as pioneer in gastronomy. Today, we continue to build on this heritage by collaborating with the most renowned Chefs from Belgium and across the globe. Together with our Maîtres Chocolatiers they craft new culinary creations with the finest chocolate.
