The smoothness of the noble gianduja expresses a loving kindness and is in perfect symbiosis with the chocolate nibs which create an immersive spark.

THE STORY BEHIND

For the occasion of Valentine’s Day our Maîtres Chocolatiers were inspired by the precious love stories of Emilie Duchêne, founder of the Belgian brand Thea Jewelry. As her love stories are sweet and intense, we couldn’t resist to create 3 limited edition chocolate jewels for our Love Letter Box.

A dark chocolate heart filled with one half of white chocolate ganache from Madagascar and another half with gianduja and cacao nibs, enrobed in intense dark chocolate from Ecuador (70%).

All our cacao is sustainably sourced cacao. We’ve invested in our own cacao farm in Ecuador to work directly with cacao farmers and ensure traceability and quality.
