TRUFFLE MARC DE CHAMPAGNE
Marc de Champagne buttercream dusted with powdered sugar.
THE STORY BEHIND TRUFFLE MARC DE CHAMPAGNE
Truffles are named after the similarly luxurious mushroom from Perigord, France, due to their typical irregular shape. At Neuhaus we have elevated this classic concept with care and craftsmanship to create a collection of indulgent, melt-in-the-mouth delights.
This truffle with light buttercream is flavored with authentic Marc de Champagne, and offers a surprising contrast between the intense flavor of dark chocolate and the sweetness of the sugar with which it is dusted. A festive truffle, full of contrasts.
