THE STORY BEHIND

For the occasion of Valentine’s Day our Maîtres Chocolatiers were inspired by the precious love stories of Emilie Duchêne, founder of the Belgian brand Thea Jewelry. As her love stories are sweet and intense, we couldn’t resist to create 3 limited edition chocolate jewels for our Love Letter Box.

A milk chocolate heart filled with one half of milk chocolate ganache blended with Italian ristretto coffee made of 100% Arabica coffee beans and another half of gianduja with a crunchy biscuit.

All our cacao is sustainably sourced cacao. We’ve invested in our own cacao farm in Ecuador to work directly with cacao farmers and ensure traceability and quality.
