If I buy the Advent Calendar now, will my chocolates still be fresh until December?

Yes! All of our Christmas products, including the Advent Calendars, are guaranteed to stay fresh until after Christmas. You can order yours today with full peace of mind. Just store it in a cool, dry place (15–18°C), away from direct sunlight and not in the fridge, to enjoy it at its best.

How do I set up the Advent Calendar book?

Each Advent Calendar Book comes in a protective sleeve with a stand inside the box. Simply remove the book from the sleeve, unfold the stand, and place the book on it. Your calendar is then ready to brighten up your home throughout December!

Can I reserve an Advent Calendar?

At the moment, we unfortunately do not offer the option to reserve an Advent Calendar. This is mainly because we depend on our logistics partners, who can only provide us with an estimated delivery window rather than a guaranteed date. However, we are actively studying the possibility of offering this service in the future.

When should I order to receive it before December 1?

To make sure your calendar arrives in time, we recommend placing your order no later than November 26. That way, you can start enjoying it from the very first day of December.

Is there a dark, milk, or white chocolate version?

No, each Advent Calendar is filled with a delicious mix of Neuhaus pralines and chocolates, a little something for every chocolate lover.

Do the calendars contain alcohol?

No, none of our Advent Calendars contain alcohol. They are carefully created to be enjoyed by all generations, making them the perfect festive treat to share with family and friends.

Can I choose the content of the calendar?

No, the content cannot be customis ed. Each calendar comes pre-filled with an assortment carefully selected by our Maîtres Chocolatiers.
