Celebrate love in its most harmonious form with the limited edition Love Letter Box (140 g), A Symphony of Love. This year, our Maîtres Chocolatiers collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Thierry Theys and his wife, restaurant manager Sofie Willemarck, to create three heart- shaped chocolates inspired by their own relationship.
Each creation celebrates their love as a harmonious symphony: Thierry designed the intense dark chocolate heart for Sofie, Sofie imagined the tender milk chocolate heart for Thierry, and together they composed the vibrant red heart, a symbol of their love and harmony.
Inside, you find:
• White / red heart - Raspberry & pecan nut: White chocolate with a bold raspberry ganache and a hint of chilli, balanced by a warm pecan nut and vanilla biscuit praliné.
• Milk heart - Salted caramel & almond: A milk chocolate heart filled with a salted butter caramel layer on one side, and a delicately crunchy roasted almond praliné on the other
• Dark heart - Speculoos & mandarin: Intense dark chocolate with a crisp speculoos and hazelnut praline , paired with a fresh mandarin ganache.
This box contains 15 chocolate hearts, making it the ideal treat for a delectable and romantic Valentine’s Day.
