The Love Letter Box celebrates love as a harmonious symphony. In collaboration with renowned chef Thierry Theys and his wife, Sofie Willemarck, of the Michelin-starred Belgian restaurant Nuance, our Maîtres Chocolatiers created three limited-edition chocolate hearts. This partnership brings together the precision of fine gastronomy and the craftsmanship of our Maîtres Chocolatiers in a unique composition of flavors and textures.

RASPBERRY AND PECAN

Created as a symbol of shared love and passion, this red heart shaped white chocolate combines a fresh raspberry ganache with a subtle touch of chilli. Beneath it, a layer of pecan and vanilla biscuit praliné adds warmth and a delicate crunch.
SPECULOOS AND MANDARIN

An intense dark chocolate heart with a crisp layer of speculoos and creamy hazelnut praliné, lifted by a fresh mandarin ganache. The familiar taste of Belgian speculoos and lively citrus notes come together in a harmonious balance.
SALTED BUTTER CARAMEL AND ROASTED ALMONDS

Milk chocolate meets creamy salted butter caramel and a praliné of roasted almonds. The interplay of smooth and crisp textures makes this creation truly irresistible.
