Temporary Shipping Schedule Update

We are transitioning to a larger warehouse facility from June 23–26, 2026.

Orders placed after June 22 at 1 PM ET will be processed once shipping operations resume on Monday, June 29, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

To help protect the quality of your chocolates, available shipping methods may change based on destination temperatures and transit times. Shipping options are automatically adjusted at checkout.

Standard Shipping is generally available when transit time and weather conditions allow.

Above 75°F

2-Day or Next Day Shipping may be required for destinations with longer transit times.

Above 85°F

Next Day Shipping may be required to help prevent melting during transit.

Above 100°F

Shipping may be temporarily unavailable when temperatures are too high to protect product quality.

Insulated packaging and ice are added when weather conditions require temperature protection. During the summer months (June–September), we do not ship on Fridays to help prevent chocolates from remaining in transit over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed beginning Monday.

Yes. APO/FPO and PO Box shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to arrive, depending on destination and military mail processing times. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for these shipments.
