THE STORY BEHIND TRUFFLE HOPS
Truffles are named after the similarly luxurious mushroom from Perigord, France, due to their typical irregular shape. At Neuhaus we have elevated this classic concept with care and craftsmanship to create a collection of indulgent, melt-in-the-mouth delights.

Belgian Hops. This truffle contains a rich, dark chocolate buttercream flavoured with hops from Poperinge in Belgium and is coated with caramelised cocoanibs and nougatine.
