FIRST, TO MAKE A QUALITY CUP OF COFFEE THESE STEPS ARE KEY:

• Make sure the water is just below boiling point.
• Count on 60 grams of coffee for one liter of coffee, serving 8 to 10 cups (of 100 ml to 120 ml each or 3.38 fl oz to 4.06 fl oz each).
• Tip: adding a pinch of salt to the ground coffee provides extra flavour.
• Let the coffee cool down a bit while you enjoy the flight of pralines, so you can taste the evolving flavours of the coffee beans even more.

HOW TO FULLY ENJOY THE FLAVOR OF OUR PRALINES:

• Make sure the pralines are served at room temperature to fully experience the flavours.
• Look at the praline. The colour of the chocolate depends on the percentage of cacao in the praline, the presence and quantity of milk, and the beans from which the chocolate was made.
• Uncover the praline: let the chocolate melt slowly between your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Notice how the coating and the filling melt at different times. Discover the praline. Chew slowly to break the praline into small pieces that will melt uniformly and move those pieces around in your mouth. Feel the texture and inhale the aroma at the same time. Then, breathe out slowly through your nose with your mouth closed, noting the aromas you experience.
• End with a sip of coffee so the flavours blend in your mouth.
